THHS Drama Production
Welcome to the Trabuco Hills High School Theater Department. Here you will find information on our upcoming shows, the cast, and directors, as well as find audition information, and see photos of all the fun!
The Trabuco Hills Theater department consists of several levels of Drama classes. Students begin in Drama I and after completing
prerequisite courses progress to the upper levels of the Drama department. The most advanced stage acting
group is the Drama Production Company which goes by the name: The Off the Wall Theater Co.
THHS Theater Classes
Drama I
Drama I is the entry level drama class at Trabuco Hills directed by Mr. Todd Sautner.
Drama I curriculum covers basic acting skills, theater history, and background.
Drama I performs a One Act Festival each spring. Performance times and dates will be available on the Performances page.
Drama II
Drama II is the intermediate level drama class for Trabuco Hills and is directed by Mr. Paul Beidler.
Drama II covers a variety of theater experiences and acting styles throughout the year.
The Drama II class performs in showcases throughout the year, including Children’s Theater,
The Legend of King Arthur, The House on Mango Street, and Romeo and Juliet. Performances
are One Act length (1 hr. 15 mins. approx.) Check information on performance times and dates on

Sylvia Barrett, a young idealistic high school English teacher struggles with trying to encourage her students interest in classic literature at a large inner-city school in New York. She deals with indifferent students, the petty bureaucracy, and the incompetence of her fellow teachers, while trying to maintain her idealism and love of teaching.
Rachael Hill "Art 4 Peace" Scholarship
The Trabuco Hills ‘Off The Wall Theater Co.’ offers a scholarship in the amount of not
less than $500 in the name of Rachael Hill, one of the victims of the shootings at Virginia Tech
in 2007. The scholarship is offered to Trabuco Hills students who are college bound and
have done notable work in community service particularly with regard to anti-violence and world peace.
